A migraine diary that keeps your data to yourself
TrueTrigger started from a simple observation: the most common complaints about headache apps are forced accounts, lost data, and paywalls in front of your own diary. We built the opposite — a tracker that runs in your browser, asks for nothing, and keeps everything on your device.
Principle 1 · No accounts
There is no sign-up, no cloud sync, and no server-side storage. Your entries live in your browser's local storage — nothing to leak, nothing to lose to a shutdown.
Principle 2 · Free while in beta
All features — logging, daily check-ins, analysis, the doctor report — are free while the web version is in beta.
Principle 3 · Honest statistics
We show co-occurrence between the factors you log and headache days — including which of your suspicions your data does not support. Correlation is not causation, and we never claim otherwise.
Principle 4 · Not medical advice
TrueTrigger is an informational self-tracking tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or predict anything. Your log is a starting point for a conversation with your doctor.
How it works
Log attacks in seconds on the track page, do a 10-second daily check-in, and the analysis ranks which factors co-occur with your headache days — with an honest section for what your data does not support. The doctor report turns your diary into a printable summary for appointments.
